50 ML CAPE TOWN CLASSIC DRY
5 ML LEMON JUICE
10 ML SIMPE SYRUP
SPARKLING WATER
LEMON
ICE
PREPARATION
POUR THE GIN, LEMON JUICE AND SIMPLE SURYP INTO A COCKTAIL SHAKER WITH ICE AND SHAKE UNTIL THE OUTSIDE OF THE SHAKER IS ICE COLD. STRAIN INTO A TALL GLASS FILLED WITH ICE AND TOP UP WITH SPARKLING OR SODA WATER. GARNISH WITH A DRIED LEMON SLICE
