GIN-ger AND APPLE SPRITZ

INGREDIENTS

50 ML CAPE TOWN BLACK RHINO GIN 
15 ML GINGER CORDIAL 
20 ML SPICY APPLE SYRUP 
100 ML SODA WATER 
SPRIG OF THYME 
ICE

PREPARATION

COMBINE THE GIN, GINER CORDIAL AND APPLE SYRUP IN A COCKTAIL SHAKER WITH ICE AND SHAKE VIGOROUSLY FOR 15 SECONDS. STRAIN INTO A GLASS, ADD ICE AND TOP UP WITH SODA. GARNISH WITH A SPRIG OF THYME.
