50 ML CAPE TOWN BLACK RHINO GIN
20 ML LIME CORDIAL
5 ML FRESHLY SQUEEZED LIME JUICE
100 ML GINGER ALE
PINCH OF SALT
LIME WEDGE
ICE
PREPARATION
COMBINE THE GIN, LIME CORDIAL, LIME JUICE AND SALT IN A TUMBLER GLASS AND STIR TO RELEASE THE FLAVOURS. ADD ICE AND TOP UP WITH GINGER ALE. GARNISH WITH A LIME WEDGE (OR DRIED GRAPEFRUIT)
